SactoRents.Com was created
in September 2003, in response to a minimal amount of reasonably
priced Sacramento rental property advertisements on the internet.
Many sites have ads, but none have the ability to use pictures
very easily or provide an easy URL (internet address).
Our vision is to provide advertisements at a modest price so
property owners can show pictures and more information about their
rental property in addition to classified ads in the paper. A
simple url such as www.sactorents.com/smith can be placed
in your ad in the Bee, Penny Saver, etc. so your customers can see
the property for themselves immediately.
We are currently offering all of our ads for free, as a
special incentive for property owners as well as customers so we
can get the word out. Just place an ad in our free Sacramento
Rental Classifieds, and notify us of your ad by emailing
us and we'll send you a free URL as well. There's no catch...
we're simply trying to spread the word about our website. All we
ask in return is you tell a friend if you liked our service.
